During a Reiki treatment, the client lies down, fully clothed, and receives a channelling of healing energy through the practitioner. 

One of the greatest benefits of Reiki  is stress reduction and relaxation, which triggers the body’s natural healing abilities (immune system), aids in better sleep and improves and maintains health.
